AIVS Enterprises is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing and web development services to our valued clients. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have outlined our cancellation policy below, which applies separately to our Domestic (India) and International customers.

Domestic Customers (India)

For customers located within India, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Request Timeline

Customers must submit a written request for cancellation via email to info@aivsenterprise.com. The cancellation request must be received within 7 days from the service agreement or project initiation date to be eligible for a refund or adjustment.

Refund Policy

Full Refund: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of signing the contract or making the initial payment, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.

Partial Refund: For cancellations after 48 hours but within 7 days, we will refund 50% of the amount paid, deducting any non-refundable charges for work already started.

No Refund: After 7 days from the service agreement or project initiation, no refund will be issued. Payments are non-refundable for services already rendered or work that has been started.

Service Suspension or Termination

If the cancellation request is made after the service has commenced, AIVS Enterprises will suspend further work and cease all activities related to the project upon receipt of the cancellation notice.

Notification

All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@aivsenterprise.com. A confirmation of cancellation will be sent within 2 business days.

International Customers (Outside India)

For customers located outside of India, the following cancellation terms apply:

Cancellation Request Timeline

International customers must submit a written request for cancellation via email to info@aivsenterprise.com. The cancellation request must be received within 14 days from the service agreement or project initiation date to be eligible for a refund or adjustment.

Refund Policy

Full Refund: If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of signing the contract or making the initial payment, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.

Partial Refund: For cancellations after 72 hours but within 14 days, we will refund 60% of the amount paid, deducting any non-refundable charges for work already started.

No Refund: After 14 days from the service agreement or project initiation, no refund will be issued. Payments are non-refundable for services already rendered or work that has been started.

General Terms (Applicable to Both Domestic and International Customers)

Custom Projects: Custom or bespoke web development projects may have additional terms related to cancellations, depending on the complexity and scope of the work. Such terms will be outlined in the service agreement.

Refund Process: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the cancellation notice, subject to the terms mentioned above.

Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, legal restrictions, or any event beyond our control, AIVS Enterprises reserves the right to modify or delay services without penalty.
