Support and Maintenance: Support requests will be addressed within 24 hours, and maintenance services are available on a monthly or quarterly retainer basis.

2.2 Project Phases

3. International Delivery Policy

3.1 Service Delivery Timeframe

Web Development Services: For international clients, our typical delivery time for website development ranges from 6-12 weeks, depending on the project complexity and requirements.

Digital Marketing Services: SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other services will have delivery timelines of 3-6 weeks for initial setup. Ongoing services are delivered monthly.

3.2 Project Phases

The service delivery for international clients follows the same steps as our domestic clients:

Initial Consultation & Requirement Gathering: Video calls or emails for discussing the project scope.

Proposal & Agreement: We send a customized proposal and agreement for your approval.

Design & Development: We begin designing and developing after receiving approval.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Thorough testing before final approval.

Final Delivery & Launch: After the final review, we launch the website or marketing campaign.

Ongoing Support: Support provided post-launch, as per the maintenance agreement.

3.3 Payment Terms

For international clients, a 50% deposit is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due before the final delivery or launch of the project.

All payments are to be made in USD or equivalent, using international payment methods such as PayPal, Bank Transfer, or Credit Card.

4. Service Modifications and Delays

Any changes in the project scope after the proposal has been signed may result in additional charges and a revised delivery timeline.

Domestic & International Clients: Refunds are not provided for work already started or completed unless explicitly stated in the service agreement. However, if we fail to meet the agreed timelines or project scope without valid reasons, we will work with clients to find an appropriate resolution.
